Let Tenerife seduce you
Teide
Discover the greatest icon of Tenerife, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, a visit to this volcano will take you at least one day. It is the highest peak in Spain with an altitude of 3,718 metres above sea level and 7,500 metres above the ocean floor.
There are numerous routes surrounding the mountain that offer unique views of the Teide. We recommend two of them: Altos de Guajara and Montaña de las Arenas. There are also organised excursions to visit the Las Cañadas area. An essential stop is the “Roques García” area opposite the Parador Nacional.
And if you enjoy a thrill, you can visit the volcano’s crater, with prior permission. This hike can be done in one day, although you can also spend the night in the refuge and watch the sunrise from the summit.

Los Cristianos
The fishing town of Los Cristianos is located in the south of Tenerife, in the municipality of Arona. A visit is essential, as in some corners it still maintains that traditional fishing atmosphere that characterises it.

The Gigantes by kayak
The Gigantes cliffs are one of the most spectacular landscapes in Tenerife. Their vertical walls of up to 600 metres drop into the ocean, creating an astonishing natural wall.
The typical way to visit these rocky cliffs is to board one of the boats that operate from the port of Los Gigantes, but to escape the usual routes you could get into a kayak and contemplate the majestic cliffs from the sea, as well as have the opportunity to snorkel and enjoy the marine flora and fauna of its crystal-clear waters. There is even the possibility of seeing dolphins on some of these excursions.
