RIGHTS: In accordance with the rights granted by current data protection regulations, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of your personal data as well as the consent given for the processing of the same, by directing your written and signed request along with a photocopy of the ID/PASSPORT of the applicant to ADRIAN HOTELES REF: Data Protection at C/ Paris s/n – Playa de Fañabé – 38660 – Adeje or to the email address dpd@adrianhoteles.es. Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not ADRIAN HOTELES is processing personal data concerning them. This processing by third parties is regulated in a contract that is in writing or in some other form that allows its conclusion and content to be proven, expressly specifying that the data processor will process the data in accordance with ADRIAN HOTELES’ instructions, will not apply or use them for a purpose other than that specified in said contract, nor will communicate them, not even for their conservation, to other people. A natural person who has access to personal data in their capacity as an employee within the employment relationship they maintain with ADRIAN HOTELES is not considered a data processor. This processing or access, in no case, can be understood to involve a transfer, transmission, or transfer of Personal Data.
