Hotel Stay Guideline

Please be advised, that our protocols may change at any time without prior notice.

Provide negative Covid-19 certificate.
Face masks compulsory at all times, except in your room.
Hand disinfection will be required for entering the hotel, restaurants, bars, spa, hairdresser’s, gym and before entering the elevators. Hydroalcoholic gel is available in all common areas.
Temperature control on arrival and during the stay.
Cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.
Smoking is prohibited if a minimum safe distance of 2 meters cannot be guaranteed.
Avoid physical contact when greeting.
If you develop symptoms compatible with the disease, you have to self-isolate in your room and inform immediately the reception by phone (nº 9).
Travel insurance with AXA included.

The luggage will be disinfected before entering the hotel.
Before entering the hotel everybody has to disinfect hands (hydroalcoholic gel will be available) and has to wear a mask.
Signs on the floor will indicate the min distance to be kept.
Glass screens at the front desk.
Precheck-in possibility will be available through our web.
Key cards will be disinfected regularly.

Extra disinfection of all surfaces.
Whenever possible after departure, the room will be kept unoccupied for 24 hours in order to be thoroughly disinfected before new occupancy.
Everything that is not really essential will be removed, such as the arrival services (avoiding too many people entering the room), all the stationery such as the directory, the Roomservice menu, etc. (everything will be available via QRs).
The minibar will be empty and closed. You will be able to order a drink package before arrival or during your stay.
The staff will not be able to enter when you are in the room, unless you are unable to leave the room for health reasons.
In order to avoid queues or waiting in the reception area, please avoid check-out at the last.

Minimum spacing between the tables of 1.5m.
When a client leaves the table, both the table and chairs will be disinfected.
Face masks compulsory in pubs and restaurants unless you’re sitting, eating or drinking.
Please respect the path marked by floor markings and the indication on the signs.
Menus available online and accessible through a QR code.

Limited capacity, we kindly ask you to respect the markings and indications.
Face masks compulsory at all times, except when lying on the sunbed or swimming in the pool.
The sunbeds will be disinfected after each client.
We kindly ask you to use only sunbeds which have been disinfected and clearly marked with a label.
The sunbeds have been separated following the country’s regulations.
